About This Event
DOST SA USC and DOST SA USJ-R are inviting you to the Scholars’ Leadership Training 2026 (SLT 2026), which is a one-day leadership development program for both DOST scholars from the University of San Carlos and the University of San Jose–Recoletos, carrying the theme “Leading Beyond Self, Serving for the Greater Good.”
📅 February 28, 2026 | 8 AM - 4:30 PM
📍USC - Talamban Campus
Serving as a localized extension of the DOST Scholars’ Leadership Camp (SLC), the training aims to share and contextualize the core leadership values of Professional Excellence, Social Responsibility, and Servant Leadership among scholars who were unable to attend the national camp.
Through structured lectures, interactive workshops, and collaborative activities facilitated by our very own DOST-SEI Patriot Scholars, participants are guided to deepen self-awareness, strengthen values-based leadership, and recognize their role as Iskolar ng Bayan in nation-building and community service. The program also fosters inter-university collaboration, encouraging shared leadership, collective accountability, and a service-oriented mindset.
To be eligible for the Scholars’ Leadership Training (SLT 2026), applicants must be DOST scholars who have not yet attended any DOST Scholars’ Leadership Camp (SLC).
